Reporting to the Team Manager you will responsible for the Team coordination activities of race, test and other related/associated events. An integral part of the Race Team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and commitment and be able to work within a high-pressure environment to meet tight deadlines. Good communication and organisation skills are pre-requisite.

  • Assisting the Team Manager with travel arrangement, manage passport data, travel visa applications, invitation letters and Covid testing for all travelling employee’s;
  • Assisting with Event organisation, coordination and planning based on available information; generation of Team event schedules;
  • Team kit oversite including planning of requirements, inventory management and distribution.
  • Team driver support at event including activity planning and scheduling, maintenance / preparation and upkeep of driver wear (race suits, helmets, etc.)
  • The tasks are not limited to those described above
  • Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments;
  • Ability to work within highest standards and prioritize under pressure with “can DO” attitude towards attention to detail;
  • Basic IT knowledge and use of World, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint;
  • sometimes will be requested to work long and flexible hours including weekends;
  • Attendance at the workshop, races and test could be required;
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.


You will lead a team of experienced technicians in a fast moving and busy workshop. As a Workshop Manager you’ll need to have passion for the Motorsport world and will be keen to share this enthusiasm with your team and customers.

  • Prepare, plan and manage the workshop productivity and objectives.
  • Manage a team of Technicians ensuring personal and overall workshop targets are met.
  • Contribute towards the continuous improvement of processes/methods and operating practices.
  • Liaising with all members of the team ensuring jobs are prioritised inline with deadlines.
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations and being responsible for the team.
  • Previous experience of running a busy workshop within the motor vehicle industry.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience working in motorsport at a high end in either WEC, ELMS, F1, F2, WTCC or similar
  • Able to work extremely efficiently with other team members as well as independently, thriving in a high pressure and time sensitive work environment.
  • Flexible in regards working hours and can work to the highest of standards to tight deadlines.

A key role in the team, the point of contact for the crew, support the mechanics, pass information to them from above, oversee the build of the car for each race meeting and manage the operations during the weekend and at the workshop. Running a group of people and dealing with the good or bad situations we face.

  • Work closely with the Technical Director, Team Manager, Engineers and the Workshop Manager.
  • Day to day to make sure our cars meet highest standards in build specifications and regulations.
  • Follow car build in methodical, consistent and strict rules while respecting agreed deadlines.
  • Follow engineering technical and operational protocols and guidelines.
  • Responsibility and management for group of mechanics.
  • Report reliability issues and seek solutions with engineering team.
  • Assist with freight and travel planning and manage trackside activities.
  • Motivating and keeping people enthusiastic for what they're doing.
  • Make sure that information are passed on and in the most efficient ways possible.
  • Leadership and Lead mechanic experience in a similar role within the motorsport.
  • Lead and work with our trackside Team which you will need to engage and inspire.

  • Workshop presence is required in Cesena (Italy).
  • Computer and Microsoft office literate.

The Car Chief will have to travel to all events during the Racing's Season, which will demand time away from home. Leading up to these events he/she will be responsible for preparing the car for the race weekend. This individual will work directly with the Race Engineer to ensure that all required work is done for upcoming event. He or she must be versatile and able to work on all aspects of a race car. On the race circuit the Car Chief will manage the mechanics and operational changes to the car when asked to do so. The individual will ensure that all components of the car are fixed and functioning properly and that all work lists have been completed. The Car Chief will also perform a pit stop role on the track. This team is dynamic, efficient, organised and quick, so the Car Chief will be expected to adapt to this.

  • Management of other mechanics & worklists of his car.
  • Communication with Race Engineer to create worklists.
  • Cleaning and inspection of components.
  • Cleaning and inspection of engine ancillary components.
  • Disassembly of race cars (suspension, engine and interior components) as required.
  • Installation of suspension components; front and rear.
  • Trim and installation of various components.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

We are looking for mechanics who can carry out assembly, repair and maintenance tasks on our racing cars. The candidate will work in a positive and performance-oriented environment with attention to detail. The ability to work flexibly, independently and be an integral part of the team is required.

  • To report to the Chief Mechanic and car Chief any problems encountered on the car;
  • To be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of our race cars before, during and after the event and of their individual components while maintaining a high standard of work;
  • Knowing and following the procedures, protocols and guidelines established by the team for the assembly, disassembly and overhaul of the cars;
  • Involvement in pit stops may be required.
  • Previous experience as a car mechanic in the motorsport sector;
  • Good manual dexterity;
  • Ability to work always with quality in short time and under pressure respecting deadlines and priorities, with attention to detail;
  • Ability to be an integral part of a team and appreciate the challenges of a stimulating, dynamic and rapidly changing environment;
  • Maintaining a collaborative, calm and communicative climate with colleagues;
