Team Manager
Reporting to the Team Principal and the Technical Director, you will be responsible for the management of the whole crew, control of sporting regulations and the relationships between supplier and federation during activities of race, test and other related/associated events. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and commitment, demonstrating an ability to work within a high-pressure environment to meet tight deadlines. Good communication and organisation skills are pre-requisite.
This position is a key role within the team and is only applicable for those already with high levels of experience in similar roles.
- Assisting the Team Principal and the Technical director in developing short and medium-term planning;
- Maintain relations with supplier and federations;
- Assisting with event organisation, coordination and planning based on available information; generating team event schedules;
- Tasks are not limited to those described above.
- Promote teamwork and effective communication; developing effective working relationships between all personnel and departments;
- Demonstrate an ability to work within the highest standards and prioritize workload under pressure with a “can DO” attitude towards attention to detail;
- Basic IT knowledge and use of World, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint;
- Sometimes you will be requested to work long and flexible hours, Iing weekends;
- Attendance at the workshop, race events and tests could be required;
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Race Engineer
Reporting to the eTechnical Director and/or the Chief Engineer, you will be entirely responsible for Inagement of a race car, including handling drivers, crew and engineers. Your main purpose will be to guarantee the required performance level of the car and the working group, resulting in you managing race and test events in term of maintenance, set up and driving.
You will need to fit in with the wider engineering group.
- Managing a working group composed of drivers, mechanics and engineers in order to achieve the required level of performance;
- Being able to optimize the combination between car handling and driving
- Overviewing and maintaining, together with the crew, a sufficiently high level of car preparation for all events
Given the responsibility of the role, only people with similar experience already in motorsport will be considered
- High level of vehicle dynamic knowledge;
- Capacity to understand interactions between driving and vehicle dynamics;
- Capacity to manage drivers, mechanics and engineers;
- Calm under pressure; An ability to communicate in both written and spoken English at a good level; Sometimes will be requested to work long and flexible hours including weekends;
- Attendance at the workshop, races and test could be required;
- Able to work extremely efficiently with other team members as well as independently, thriving in a high-pressure and time-sensitive work environment; Flexible in regards working hours and can work to the highest of standards to tight deadlines;

Performance Engineer
Reporting to the Race Engineer, you will be mainly responsible for the management of the car system and perform various analysis tasks concerning driving, with both data, video and vehicle dynamics. Moreover, you will help the race engineer in term of car management, race and fuel strategy. You will need to fit in with the wider engineering group.
Given the responsibility of the role, only people with similar experience already in motorsport will be considered.
- Supporting the Race Engineer with vehicle dynamic and driving analysis;
- Assisting the race engineer with race strategy and fuel management;
- Maintaining an extremely high-quality standard of data and video analysis regarding performance.
- High level of dynamic vehicle knowledge;
- An understanding of the interaction between driving and vehicle dynamics;
- Ability to work with the more common data and video analysis tools;
- An ability to communicate in both written and spoken English at a good level;
- Able to work extremely efficiently with other team members as well as independently, thriving in a high pressure and time sensitive work environment;

Mechanic
We are looking for mechanics who can carry out assembly, repair and maintenance tasks on our racing cars. The candidate will work in a positive and performance-oriented environment demonstrating careful attention to detail. The ability to work flexibly, independently and be an integral part of the team is required.
- Report to the Chief Mechanic and Car Chief any problems encountered on the car;
- Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of our race cars before, during and after the event and of their individual components while maintaining a high standard of work;
- Knowing and following the procedures, protocols and guidelines established by the team for the assembly, disassembly and overhaul of the cars;
- Involvement in pit stops may be required
- Previous experience as a car mechanic in the motorsport sector;
- Good manual dexterity;
- Ability to work Is with quality in short time and under pressure respecting deadlines and priorities, with attention to detail;
- Ability to be an integral part of a team and appreciate the challenges of a stimulating, dynamic and rapidly changing environment;
- Maintaining a collaborative, calm and communicative climate with colleagues;
- Keeping the image of the team intact with your presence;
- Work in a professional manner regardless of the task assigned;
- Have a flexible attitude in terms of schedules, tasks and result-orientation;
- National and international travel days for events including weekends are required;
- May be required to be present in the workshop in Cesena (Italy)
