Car Chief
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the building, preparation, and maintenance of a race car at the workshop and the racetrack.
This is a leading role that requires communication and planning skills while working with other mechanics, crew chief and engineers. Presence at the workshop (Cesena, IT) is requested, as well as involvement in pit-stop procedures.
- Responsible for the preparation and build of race cars, including car performance, reliability, safety, and technical inspection compliance.
- Ensure precision and respect of high standards.
- Coordinate a group of a minimum of four mechanics.
- Planning and distributing daily tasks.
- Efficiency, time management and respect of deadlines.
- Maintain a professional and clean appearance of equipment and working space.
- Keep track of parts usage and create spare part order lists.
- Coordinate and give feedback to the crew chief.
- Previous motorsports experience as chief mechanic.
- Languages: English (additional languages are considered a plus).
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office required.

Car Chief
A key role in the team that requires leadership, organization and overview skills.
The purpose of this role is to efficiently manage time and resources in all team activities. The Car Chief is the reference point for all other mechanics and the link between them and the Team Manager. Presence at the workshop (Cesena, IT) and travel to racetracks are required.
- Work closely with the Technical Director, Team Manager and Workshop Manager.
- Planning the crew’s workload and recognizing priorities.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and vehicles.
- Develop and implement a work ethic within the team.
- Lead a group of people, providing guidance and training.
- Set and respect deadlines.
- Promote teamwork and a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate different departments.
- Maintain accurate records of all team activities.
- Report reliability issues and seek solutions with the engineering team.
- Assist with freight and travel planning and manage trackside activities.

Data/Performance Engineer
This role reports to the Race Engineer, mainly responsible for the management of the car systems and performing various driving analysis with data, video, and vehicle dynamics. The candidate will help the Race Engineer with car management, fuel, and race strategy.
- Supporting the Race Engineer with vehicle dynamic and driving analysis.
- Monitoring car parameters during racing sessions.
- Assisting the race engineer with race strategy and fuel management.
- Calibration and setting of car sensors.
- Downloading car data.
- Developing and optimizing data processing and data storage system.
- Pre-event report analysis.
- Previous experience as a performance, data or systems engineer.
- Knowledge of vehicle dynamics.
- High level of knowledge of the more common telemetry, data, and video analysis tools.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Languages: English written and spoken (additional languages are considered a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.

Mechanic
We are seeking mechanics who can carry out assembly, repair, and maintenance of our racing cars. The candidate will work in a positive and performance-oriented environment with specific attention to detail. Participation at race events as part of the pit crew is a requirement.
- Ensure all components of the race car are safely joined, bolted, or otherwise secured.
- Inspecting and diagnosing of mechanical problems.
- Assembly, disassembly, and overhaul of the cars following procedures and guidelines established by the team.
- Report problems to Car Chief.
- Maintain a clean and organized working space.
- Respect the work ethic of the team.
- Involvement in pitstops.
- Previous experience is preferable.
- Languages: English (additional languages are considered a plus).
- Positive and constructive team attitude.
- Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Extra skills are considered a plus (ie wrapping/welding).

Race Engineer
The candidate will be entirely responsible for the management of the race car and will report to the Technical Director or the Chief Engineer. This is a leading role that requires management and organizational skills. The main purpose is to guarantee the performance of the car and the working group, resulting in managing race and test events in terms of set-up and analysis.
- Coordination and management of the working group – drivers, mechanics and engineers.
- Management and execution of development items and engineering tasks.
- Development and management of race strategy.
- Identify areas for car performance improvements.
- Overviewing and maintaining a high level of car preparation.
- Ensuring technical compliance of the car.
- Knowledge of sporting and technical regulations.
- Post-event report analysis.
- Previous motorsports experience as a Race Engineer.
- High level of vehicle dynamics knowledge.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Team Assistant
The Team Assistant will provide support to the Team Manager in all the team’s activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability, flexibility, and respect for deadlines are desirable.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation to race events.
- Create team documents.
- Organization of team gear and crew equipment.
- Hospitality and paddock organization and coordination.
- Provide general support to the team.
- Proactive attitude, learning and methodical approach.
- Strong communication skills.

- Commercial thinking.
- Ability to work independently.

Team Manager
Reporting to the Team Principal and the Technical Director, you will be responsible for the management of the whole crew, control of sporting regulations and the relationships between supplier and federation during activities of race, test and other related/associated events. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and commitment, demonstrating an ability to work within a high-pressure environment to meet tight deadlines. Good communication and organisation skills are pre-requisite.
This position is a key role within the team and is only applicable for those already with high levels of experience in similar roles.
- Assisting the Team Principal and the Technical director in developing short and medium-term planning;
- Maintain relations with supplier and federations;
- Assisting with event organisation, coordination and planning based on available information; generating team event schedules;
- Tasks are not limited to those described above.
- Promote teamwork and effective communication; developing effective working relationships between all personnel and departments;
- Demonstrate an ability to work within the highest standards and prioritize workload under pressure with a “can DO” attitude towards attention to detail;
- Basic IT knowledge and use of World, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint;
- Sometimes you will be requested to work long and flexible hours, Iing weekends;
- Attendance at the workshop, race events and tests could be required;
