Iron Lynx announced today that the team has partnered with entrepreneur Tomaso Trussardi to amplify the value of the brand and to build a lifestyle attitude with the aim of inspiring people around the world.
Tomaso Trussardi, Chairman and former CEO of the Trussardi Italian lifestyle label, will work directly and exclusively with Iron Lynx within motorsport on branding, marketing, communications and commercial development.
Thanks to his experience as a MotorValley Ambassador and builder of restomods, Tomaso has had a passion for all things with four wheels and has studied engines and mechanics for many years. As a result, today he is a motoring journalist, often taking to the track making him a prominent figure among car manufacturers and collectors.
Tomaso’s other business interests range from food to events, and he was the first to open a new business model which incorporates fashion with food at the Trussardi alla Scala restaurant, creating perfect synergy between the entrepreneur and the racing team’s hospitality – IL COVO.
Speaking at the Iron Lynx HQ in Cesena, Italy, where the one-year agreement was officially signed, Team CEO, Sergio Pianezzola welcomed Tomaso Trussardi officially to the Iron Lynx family: “We are thrilled to have the benefit of Tomaso Trussardi’s experience and influence, as we grow and develop the scope and reach of Iron Lynx’s activities. We have a mutual appreciation of Italian excellence and style, across lifestyle, fashion and of course the automotive and motorsport sectors, and I know he will be a major asset to the team’s ambitions.”
Trussardi’s industry credentials will prove vital as Iron Lynx’s recent partnership with Prema will position the team as a true Italian superteam, able to challenge in multiple motorsport series as well as offer the most exclusive experiences to private clients.
Commenting from Cesena, Trussardi said: “This is the first time that I have entered into a partnership of this kind, and I am very happy to do so with Iron Lynx and Iron Dames. It is at the forefront of motorsport and from my point of view it represents the future of this sector.
“I can’t wait to get to the heart of the project and to work with this fantastic team.”
