Iron Lynx confirms full ELMS campaign and FIA WEC driver line-ups

Today, Italian racing team, Iron Lynx has announced its European Le Mans Series (ELMS) entry for 2023 and has confirmed the #60 car driver line-up for its FIA World Endurance Championship campaign, both in collaboration with Proton Competition.

Claudio Schiavoni will race the Iron Lynx #60 Porsche in the LMGTE category of ELMS, alongside Matteo Cressoni and Porsche Motorsport Driver Matteo Cairoli. The ELMS season consists of six races lasting four hours and kicks off on 23rd April at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Spain.

In addition, Iron Lynx has also confirmed its full line-up for FIA World Endurance Championship (FIA WEC) for car #60. Claudio will be joined by Matteo Cressoni and Belgian racer Alessio Picariello, who both have huge experience of GTE racing.

Iron Lynx Team Principal, Andrea Piccini, said: “We are excited to add another championship to our 2023 racing calendar and continue our ELMS campaign for another year.

“It is great to see some new faces in the Iron Lynx car #60 line-up this season. I’d like to wish Matteo Cairoli and Alessio Picariello a very warm welcome to the team, I am looking forward to working together.”
