RACING ACADEMY F4

Welcome to the Formula world. To aim high you need to rely on the best coaches, those able to bring young drivers up in an exciting mission. We are all this.

In the formation briefing the instructors pass on to the students their experience; techniques and conduct to be adopted on the track; driving position, racing lines, braking, use of the accelerator, choice and management of the tires; approach to tests, competitions and opponents. Everything is analysed and defined with the aim of maximizing personal potential and performance in the circuit.

When the training steps to the simulator, the pilot is assisted by a coach and a technician. The goal is to make him familiar with the car and the selected circuit by identifying the precise references for braking, gear-shifting, acceleration points, racing lines. The high degree of compliance with the reality makes the driver aware of what he will find on the track and optimizes his performance in a short time. In this phase the coach starts to know the pilot, his qualities and weaknesses, his approach to driving and the attitude.

The first phase is focused on the car's technique and brings the student at close contact with the engineer. The latter illustrates the behaviour and performance of the car in different track conditions, together with the related set-up changes; the method of teamwork, so that, learning to work as a team, the performance becomes optimal. A sessions centred on the person follows, with an athletic trainer first and a mental coach afterwards, to reach the top of the concentration and the best performance.

Theory, seminars and simulator provide the future pilot the chance to acquire all the necessary knowledge to reach the best on the track. It's time to put on track what he has learned. The coach follows him via radio "live" and advices him on the basis of the telemetry results, the videos of the previous sessions and the lap times. Now it's him with the car, alone. This is the moment to point out the difference between a driver, and a champion.

HEADQUARTERS

The first day is preliminary and crucial for the results of the following two days on the track. It focuses on the individual person: an athletic evaluation with muscle and resistance tests; a seminar with the mental coach for psychological training. Finally we dedicate ourselves to the car and its knowledge. The support of a technician, an engineer and a coach, allow you to fully exploit your performance. With the simulator experience when you will get on the track, you will have fully mastered the technique and will be ready to give the best.

ON TRACK

The two following days are on the track where to put into practice everything learnt the first day. Alternating the driving and the analysis of recorded videos and telemetry data. Steering, acceleration, braking, gears, speed: everything is analysed and defined in the times and in the references, meter by meter. The coach follows you by radio and intervenes on the necessary points with the aim of making you autonomous while you become familiar with the car, with the circuit and with your new and personal driving style.
